I've been in a bit of a funk the last couple of days...but what better time to break out the gratitude list? My current "thankful-for"-s include...
* conversations with dear friends on twitter, Facebook and {old school} on the phone!
* kitteh following me around the house and happily keeping my lap warm at every available opportunity.
* Marmee still being chief errand-runner and helper-outer while I'm still not driving...Mum's=ace.
* learning to play the ukelele! <-- ha! I have mastered about four chords. Tuning it is a beast, harder than violin for sure! But it's great to have a silly/fun new project.
* I've rediscovered Fly Lady today and I'm starting to plan new routines...feels so much better to have schedules and plans! [/organisationnerd]
* flowers! I treated myself to a bunch of beautiful irises, and Mum bought me some daffodils. Definitely need to buy more flowers. They are so cheerful!

I'm thankful for Gratituesday because it made me stop and think about what I'm grateful for! I hope your recovery is coming along!

Hi there - how are you doing!! when are you back to work? THanks for your comment today, so nice to hear from you. I am still managing a 6 am start today, to do my yoga practice as it happens. though today I did allow myself a somewhat 'restorative' practice. no backbends or handstands today!! Its going pretty well, I could do with being a lot stronger, and there is really so much to learn its almost scary. its one of those things that the more you learn the less you feel you know too!! And then there is the whole 'teaching' aspect which is slightly scary!! and need practicing too!! but its good. good to have this goal. focusing my mind and my activity. xxx
