Gratituesday

It's been a while since I did one of these!  I have a journal I keep by my bed that I've been trying to use for praying lately {I'm a big no-structure pray-er, and am sure I'm missing things and people out, so this is my attempt to remedy!} and I find it is great to take a moment at the end of the day to reflect on things I'm thankful for - and I decided it's about time I resurrect it on ye olde blog.

So, here we are, another Tuesday, another list of the little things I'm grateful for at the moment!

* My blender!  I invested in a not-brandname-but-fairly-heavy-duty one about a year ago, and I'm so glad I did, I use it almost every day for smoothies and such.  My latest sneaky smoothie discovery is COTTAGE CHEESE!  I know, it sounds rank, but trust me.  A tbsp. or two in with your fruit and it makes it all thick and creamy-like, plus it's extra protein.  Win and indeed win.

* The new Church I've ben going to with my parents...it's just lovely and feels like home already.  I also spoke to someone last night about getting involved and helping out with a few things, it's been a long time since I felt like I had the energy or the ability to do that, and I'm excited about new opportunities.

* My fake-kindle {Samsung tablet with the free Kindle app.}  I am now obsessed with the kindle store and being able to !read! books again.  Any recommendations?

* Tea (always, always)

* This verse.  I just love it.

* Sunshine, sowing seeds, and making plans for Spring!

* Musicals soundtracks - currently Love Never Dies.  If only it was still on the West End!  Boo to shows that close!

* My chatty cat.  Endless amusement.

How about you?  What are you thankful for this week?
