THanks for your comment today, so nice to hear from you. I am still managing a 6 am start today, to do my yoga practice as it happens. though today I did allow myself a somewhat &#39;restorative&#39; practice. no backbends or handstands today!! Its going pretty well, I could do with being a lot stronger, and there is really so much to learn its almost scary. its one of those things that the more you learn the less you feel you know too!!
